Training

All bookings to be paid in full.

We regret that all bookings are non-refundable.

If another person is attending in your place it is your responsibility to inform us of the name of the delegate who will be attending – no admittance will be granted if we do not have their name on the list. No transfer or refund will be considered for a ‘no show’ on the day for whatever reason.

Watch and Wonder reserves the right to make changes to the timetable or any events due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by us, we will refund the cost of the ticket price for the event in full. We will not be responsible for any further cost incurred by you in relation to your booking.

Your privacy and personal information

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.

The intellectual property rights in the website and in any text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software or other information or material submitted to or accessible from the website are owned by us and our licencors.
